Anvil Al #59168 Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 30+ days in a row of over 100. No relief in sight. Weather man says 105-107 every day this week. No grass in the pasture. That goodness I sold the cows last year and did not buy anymore this year. Farmers crops?? There is none. Burnt up. Thankfully we got some rain in the frist part of the year that South, and West Texas, did not get. So our lakes was somewhat full before it started around here. But they are all way down now. The last 4-5 months has been dry. I don't remember the last rain. Texas is in a bad way right now. If we don't get some rain and relief before long. It is going to get REAL bad.
