Wild Willi Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 I need a wooden stock for a 96 Mauser. Now I am looking for what use to be called a Sporter stock. I have a Kinber of America, Oregon M96 rifle. Which is a Husky reciever, swedish 96 with a replacement fluted barrel. This was all done in Kinbers factory in Oregon in the 90s. The problem is it cam with one of the black composit stocks, which I hate! This was by no means an expensive rifle, so I am not interested in sending it out for a custom fit stock.
