Makes #4 on our block so far in Clyde, America. Took my brisket off the smoker this morning, seems to be done to perfection. Been smoking with old mesquite since 3 PM yestiddy. Going to my daughter-in-law's dad's house for late lunch/early supper later. Nice breeze blowing, not as hot as last week or two. Shaping up to be a good day. JHC Long may she wave.
