Original 1873's for sale

I have up for sale 4 original 1873 Winchesters;

(1)44-40 Rifle; Artifact grade (unshootable for wall hanger or parts) Severally pitted, octagon barrel and mag cut to 16 inches,forearm splitting and sliver missing, stock has initials carved in it, carbine style rear sight, has missing cross pin internally. Has links ,lever, trigger,shell lifter, rifle butt plate with trap door. Antique No FFL. (1881) $500 $350 plus shipping. ****SOLD***

(2) 44-40 Rifle; shooter grade, Barrel and magazine cut to 21.5 inches, smooth gun going from plum to gray, lifter marked 44-40, bore lightly rough but shootable, action functions smoothly and reliably. Lever safety needs adjustment or replacement. All there period gun (1889). Antique No FFL. Traded to Linecutter

(3) 38-40 Rifle; Shooter grade cause of finish gone gray gun with pitting on right side plate and at right rear, rest of smooth gray, very good bore, 24 inch octagon barrel. Forearm good, stock has some damage to lower rear divots with what appears to be old repair, cracked at wrist but no wiggle. Barrel and receiver VP proofed. 1906 gun should require FFL or C&R for transfer. $1700 $1400 plus shipping. ****SOLD****

(4) 38-40 Rifle; Special order gun, round barrel, 26 inches. Bore slightly rough but shootable. Fore end split along bottom full length repairable, stock appears to have been varnished but is solid. exterior is smooth gray may have been sanded. Neat seldom seen configuration. 1883 gun no FFL required.

$2200 $1700 plus shipping
