Reputation - or the lack there of

I noticed that whenever anyone replies to a comment, that there

name is listed on the far right hand side of the screen.

There's a very small icon right next to the name and if

you click on it states if you're online are not as well as

"Reputation" mine says:

 

Reputation: 0

 

Which dosen't surprise me. But apparently no one else has

either
