This was “Manufactured by the Lyman Gun Sight Corporation”. Mold number is 321 297. This is a flat point, gas check design listed at 181 GRS in the old “Ideal Hand Book No. 32” as a “Splendid gas check bullet for the .32 Winchester Special and .32-40 single shot rifles… This bullet also for use with 8m/m Label French army rifle.” This mold is in overall excellent slightly used condition. Price: $80 pp in the lower 48 states. http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p223/jim_w97302/4-Ideal32-40.jpg http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p223/jim_w97302/5-Ideal32-40.jpg http://i129.photobucket.com/albums/p223/jim_w97302/32-40Ideal001.jpg 2) Rapine Mold number 327200. Professor Thoreau, SASS 2611
PROFESSOR !! EDIT YER POST HEADING TO REFLECT ITEMS SOLD!!! HATE TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY THRU AND FIND "SOLD" AT THE VERY END.MHO AL Thank you for your comment, Al. In addition to marking the two individual items sold, which I did this morning before leaving the house, I have just finished changing the headers. Since I still have a 45-70 mold for sale [the 405 grain one], I have not noted "SOLD" after "45-70" in the header... Please take care.
