Jackson Rose, SASS #45478
I use Kiwi liquid shoe polish. It is cheap and it works. Also, before you seal anything buff with a soft shoe brush or soft cloth. That will remove whatever pigment wasn't soaked up by the leather. Chickahominy Charlie
Thank you . Just stop sweatin'. My shoulder rig is going through that on my shirts, too. Thanks for asking the question. I'll be hunting up some stuff to try to stop mine from bleeding as the temps rise. Chick
TN Mongo, SASS #61450
+1 for those products mentioned by Sgt. and you could add Satin Sheen and Resoline. Resoline is a little shiny, however. A fellow leather worker that I know likes to mix 1/2 Resoline with 1/2 Atomic wax. All these products are available from Tandy. I don't dye the back side of belts and I've also quit using EdgeKote. Pit Bull Tex
I got tan kote. It worked great. That was all the the shop here in baytown had, but it worked really well.
