Commemorated in Australia and New Zealand each year to honor the members of the Australia/New Zealand Army Corps who fought bravely in the disastrous Gallipoli Campaign. You are not forgotten. Louden Ornery Posted April 26, 2011 Share Posted April 26, 2011 Utah, thankyou very much for that, not only do we commemorate the original WW1 diggers on ANZAC day but also all the other men and women that fought for our land in all the other conflicts since. I would also like to express my thanks to all of our U.S. allied personel who have fought and sacrificed in the past and the future. We stand together.
