Trigger Mike
A local pard sold me a Colt SAA in a wooden box and wood grips and said it is the railroad model. What can anyone tell me about it?

Marshal Harland Wolff, SASS #5019
I've been into Colts for 30 odd years and I've never heard of any RR models...there were a few 1st gen guns that were bought by certain RRs and marked as such but they are "known" and are worth quite a bit and one probably would not be sold as a RR model as casually as it was mentioned to you! Any special features or markings? When was it made? Good luck! HW

HW No markings made around 1977 since the number starts with 90 and ends in SA
