Tulsey, SASS#11236
I noticed a Browning 92 in a shop the other day that had the original lever removed and replaced with one of those large loop levers. Anyone know a source for an original lever?
Mustang Gregg
Brownell's, maybe? I've buy various Browning gun parts through them. Also check Midway USA. MG
Grizzly Adams 3674
Just a guess, but Winchester is still selling the Miroku made 1892. I suspect the lever is the same. Worth asking about.....Check here.
Tom Bullweed
My guess is that the large-ring lever could be altered back to something close to an original shape for $75-100 by cutting, forming, welding and refinishing. If that lever already works for the gun, that would be my choice, instead of buying something that may not work correctly with the action. Or you could use alot, alot, alot of lever wrap!!
