Recently purchased a double barrel shotgun, mostly as a wall hanger, the name on the locks read Wm. Dugalle .and down the barrel rib it reads ,Wm. Dugalle fine laminated steel. Does anyone have some information on this gun,I believe it may have been made in England but that's about the extent of what I've been able to find.Any info would be appreciated, and no I'm probably never going to shoot it,since fine laminated steel ,means Damascus barrel,at least that what I would think.

all 3 of my shotguns I use for matches, local ones, I don't do anything other then that, are laminated steel or Damascus barrels, I shoot 1oz of shot and 1oz of black powder in mine...when I was trap shooting and skeet shooting I used to load up light weight modern powder loads to use, all three of my guns are pre 1900, those old guns are a hoot to shoot and if your careful they will work fine..
