Planning for visits can be made years in advance. Two. Move the convention each year to a different part of the country to give everyone a chance to go to one close to their home. GunClick Rick Posted February 7, 2011 Share Posted February 7, 2011 My niece is lead stewardes at FAT,seems to be getting better all the time,but i don't fly so i really don't know i went there to pick her up sometimes when she had a lay over,she has a car here now,she actually lives in Daytona.But if they had a reason maybe that would change,my cousin used to have a home there and we went all the time,Oakhurst has grown alot..Ive been to Vegas,rather go to Bass lake That's just me though. MAYBE New Orleans, Branson or Memphis. Otherwise we'd probably skip it and go to Vegas anyway. I really could care less about shooting as I'm not gonna jack with flying with all the guns, ammo, etc etc anyway. Flying is enough of a pain in the butt with a suitcase or twa. Just before Christmas? I am self employed, (tune and repair pianos) and I get really busy before the holidays as I'm sure MANY others out there do. AFTER the holidays would be great. I'd love to get a break from this weather and all the holidays sometime in Jan. I'll never be able to go as long as I'm doing what I'm doing. Please.........CHANGE THE TIME OF YEAR!
