catfish7966
For all of you blacksmith, wagon wheel makers, and knife maker types I am selling my coal forge. It's great for blacksmithing, horse shoeing, knife making, heat treating, etc. This was built by a boiler maker from San Manuel, Az. Very sturdy. Table top is made of 1 solid piece of 1/2" plate steel and measures 35" wide x 59 1/2"long, with a 20" basin lined with fire brick (good to 2300 degrees F). Has a 110V blower with a switch mounted on the table top and about a 12' cord. There are 2 shelves on the bottom for storage. The forge rolls on four 8" solid hard rubber casters, 2 of which are fixed and 2 spin free for steering it. There is about a 4' T handle to push or pull the forge around, which stores upright when not in use. This forge could easily be turned into a welding table by pulling out the fire brick and welding in a piece of steel over the basin. This will last forever. I have had it and used it for the last 3 years but need to get rid of it due to lack of room. Asking $275, Always willing to entertain trade offers. SOLD FTF sales or trade. Shipping or freight would not be feasible due to the size of this forge. You will need a trailer to haul it or ramps and a pick up truck at least. I will be able to help load it. Trade offers are always welcome. Thanks for looking.
