Marshal Max Henry Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 I found a real leather fringe jacket at a garage sale. From what i see them going for its worth $200-$250 I gotit for $25 fits perfect only drawback Its got a purpleish tint to it. Does anyone know of a place i could send it. I want it proffesionaly done. I dont want to dipit myself and come out splochy, plus i would imagine that its hard to dye a fringe suede jacket. Anyhelp would be very much appriciated.
Slowhand Bob, 24229 Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 I have always heard you could not dye them BUT I have never wanted to or actively researched it. With this said my first search would begin with the guys here http://www.cascity.com/forumhall/index.php/board,57.0.html These guys are knowledgable and friendly when it comes to most facets of western leather BUT do give them a couple of days before acting on their advice. Sometimes a different angle will show up and change everything so be patient and ask questions.
