Pulp, SASS#28319 Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 I got the Nate Kiowa Jones video and spring kit for Christmas. Took my ol Rossi apart, smoothed it up per instructions and am attempting to put it back together. Once it's together the cartridge lifter won't lift the cartridge enough to allow it to chamber. Tried twice now, still won't lift. What am I missing? There are two grooves on the left side of the receiver, below the cartridge guide, and I'm assuming the little spring loaded pin on the lifter snaps into the bottom groove, at least it looks level that way. Any tips or hints? I'll call Nate tomorrow if'n I don't get it right tonight. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bad Hombre #23212 Posted January 17, 2011 Share Posted January 17, 2011 Check to see if your left cartridge guide is seated all the way...sometimes the cartridge stop joint pin gets out of place and doesn't allow the guide to seat all the way.
