Seems a boarder's horse waz ridden to a local bar by one of his family members . He was bobbin n' weavin' as he rode home an was stopped by the local lawdogs. They arrested him and charged em with drunk drivin' an threw em in tha hoosegow. He fought the charge and won, Judge sed he shud have bin charged with public drunkeness.
