Just Bruce
Knudsens sells one thats all wool. But: 1) I'm in south Florida, and wool is hot/warm. 2) I'm allergic to wool. Any ideas what I can get one instead?

Buckshot Frank
Did you check E-BAY they have some sometimes I found a nice Stetson 4X Beaver hat on ebay that looks similar to Clint's. I had to reshape it slightly and change the hat band, but I'm very happy with the result. Plus, it only cost me $23! Just do a search for "beaver hat" or something like that. Don't worry if the shape isn't exactly right; if you can boil water, you can reshape it. If it is a little small, you can also stretch it by steaming the brim. Harbor Freight also sells a hat stretching tool for about $7.
