When I received my items they were not correct. My receipts and confirmation emails had the correct info but somehow got screwed up. So I contacted them by phone. Don't remember the lady's name but she was very polite and corrected the problem free of charge. I was very impressed on how they handled the situation. Thank you SASS Mercantile!
