I am out of blended whiskey and down to my 12 year old Scotch. I am planning a raid on the local WSLCO (Washington State Liquor Commission Outlet) What to buy. We had some really great parties at our house when friends and family would stop by to see the folks and sample my Mom's Christmas baking and share a "toddy" with Dad. Boy I miss those times. I miss Mom and Dad even more. Perhaps a bottle of 100 proof CC in memory of Dad and those wonderful days. Thanks Mom and Dad, for all the wonderful things that you gave me. Barterin Bill Posted December 2, 2010 Share Posted December 2, 2010 I found some pretty good Rye whiskey distilled right here in Alabama. Didn't have a lable on it so I can't recommend it by name, but it was suprisingly good. I just wish they'd use bottles with a smaller neck.
