Buffalo Creek Law Dog Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 I checked various SASS recommended vendors on the internet and, can find the Civil war style cavalry gauntlets (the ones that don't flair out but go 3/4 way up your forearm. The ones I'm looking for are the style as seen in the movies, ie; Yellow ribbon etc. Can someone steer me to a vendor that sells "She wore a Yellow Ribbon" style of cavalry gauntlets. Appreciate your time.

Branchwater Jack SASS #88854 Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 I got mine from the hardware store. They were with the other gardening gloves. They are marketed for folks who do a lot with rose bushes. They are heavier and nicer quality than a lot of the CW marketed stuff. Plus, I think I paid about $25 for mine. You can also find them, but usually in black, at motorcycle shops.
