  2. traded (ky) Uberti Cimarron 45 colt old model shipped to your FFL if legal for you to own from me as an private person via UPS in the lower 48 states. California sale is fine as long as your FFL accepts from me and if this is legal for you to own. cash, check, postal money order the base pin does not have the safety groove that some uberti's have. I have never replaced or modified any springs or the action. The gun was made to look antique and worn. barrel is 5.5 inches BP is letter code which I believe means made in 2001 I have used it for several years.
  3. New to the sport and just searching for some information. I’ve done some reloading in the past and want to start again for some cowboy loads. I used the search but didn’t find quite what I’m looking for. Do most of you use the same load for both rifle and revolver? I was contemplating using Trail Boss and the published load data shows a load for 45 colt for pistol loads but in the rifle data section it doesn’t show 45 colt. I’m going to be buying some brass, bullets, powder and some dies and was just researching what I should get. Thanks in advance for any input Jed
  4. I picked up a batch of LCRN 250 grain and I want to load for an Uberti 1873 Cattleman and a Henry BB, Both 45 Colt. The bullets measure .454. optimally they should be .452, correct? how much difference will the extra 2 thousandths make?
  5. This is the last of my unmated cap gun/conversions up for grabs. '58 Remington made by Pietta, 5.5" barrel .45 colt 5 round gated conversion with safety notch. Also has the kirst improved ejector. No actual smith work but it's as smooth as I can get it myself. Now for the bad side. In order to install the cylinder pin with ejector the loading lever lug had to be removed and re soldered back in. So it will ship with that pin still installed. Also I mistakenly sent the percussion cylinder with another pistol. I do not have another pietta cylinder for it. I will ship the conversion cylinder separately from the frame. Both will come directly to your door. I do have an ASM cylinder I can put on it for shipping purposes only if you like, but it does not function properly on that frame. Asking $500 shipped. Cash, check, money order, or PayPal (friends and family) are all fine with me. Possible trades considered: Hammerless 12ga single shot or sxs Custom leather if you make rigs 44-40 rifle Cash can be added either way to balance it out.
