About two weeks ago, my wife froze at the sink and said this is it, call the ambulance! I never wanted to hear those words... I grabbed a chair and had her sit down as I called that number. The cardiologist said that act probably saved her life. Long story short, she had a heart attack caused by a blood clot, more particuar a near fatal saddle block embolism between the lungs and leading to the heart, sepsis and acute renal failure. These were some very long days and nights for her and me.
We are home now for the long haul no matter how long the recovery time. We would appreciate a few prayers of thankfulness for what God has pulled her through.
We never thought our retirement would be like this. Needless to say, my range time is limited, My little Miss Julep was going to start coming with me this year.
Thanks all. Much appreciated.
