I had ordered some bullets from Harold “Doc” Adams, the owner of Appalachian Bullet Company, at TUSCO’s High Noon. We discovered some of the bullets had the incorrect diameters which caused me some headaches. Once Doc heard of the problems, he re-cast the total order checking the diameter before the run, in the middle of the run and again at the end of the run to ensure the proper bullet diameter. He then offered to replace the ordered bullets. Doc then drove three hours one way to bring the new bullets from Ohio to West Virginia and to pick-up the 1st Order. Doc says he will do whatever he can to treat his customers right.
He exhibits what we like to say is the Cowboy Way.
