Hello Everyone, Tomorrow February 1st at Noon CST registration opens for Land Run The SASS National Championships for CAS and WB. By the end of the day, we expect to have more than 500 registered. We look forward to seeing you all. If you wish to bring your RV and want electricity and water, our 120 spots will be gone by tomorrow afternoon. Please register as early as possible. God has blessed me immeasurably this year. First and foremost I have to thank him for all that he has allowed me to do. Next I have to thank my wife Lannie for putting up with my hobby / sport / game. Thanks to Reno Mustang for building my rifle after I broke 2 at Land Run last year. It is absolutely the best rifle I’ve ever had. Thanks to Shotgun Boogie for short stroking my pistols, Fast Eddie for going through my SKB’s and Cumberland Drifter and Captain Grouch for building my holster rig. I have to thank all my friends who’ve helped me get started and grow in this sport, we’ve travelled a lot of miles together! This year I won Elder Statesmen Duelist at the Alabama State, Silver Senior Duelist (they didn’t offer Elder Statesmen) at the Georgia State, Elder Statesmen Duelist at the Tennessee State, Duelist in the Magnificent 7, Elder Statesmen Duelist at the Southeast Regional, Elder Statesmen Duelist at the National Championship, Land Run and Elder Statesmen Duelist at EOT, the World Championship. I won all of these shooting Championship Bullets By Scarlett. I won the gun in the picture as a Shooters Drawing at Land Run. This has been an amazing and once in a lifetime year for me. This post is to announce that I recently published my SASS 2022 National Championship – Land Run highlight video. Click here to view the video. My hope is that this video provides those that attended an opportunity to relive it in some small way and give those that weren’t able to attend a sense of what it was like. This video a bit longer than normal coming in at about 35 minutes. I included a time stamp for each section just after the introduction (at about the 6 min 43 sec mark) which will enable you to skip to any section you like if you wish to do so. Viewing hints: 1. Pop some popcorn and watch it on your television; 2. Watch it on your television with another food/drink of your choice; or, 3. Watch it on any other device. I hope you find something here that brightens your day or entertains you in some small way. Hello All, The registration for Land Run, The SASS Southwest Regional Championship, is now open. The Oklahoma Territorial Marshals wish to extend an invitation to all who are able to attend. As always, we will do our best to guarantee everyone has a great time. Please remember that we have a limited number of RV spaces with electricity and water and reservations for these spots are needed. Please note that we have extended the match by one day to allow more time for the Wild Bunch mini-match and additional warm up matches. We look forward to seeing everyone.
