SOLD: For Sale: Ron Long .32-40 Single Cavity Mold If you have a single shot rifle chambered in .32-40, I have a Ron Long .32-40 single cavity mold up for sale. It cast a bullet of about 195 grains [using 25 to 1 alloy - 4 parts tin to 96 parts lead]. The base band is .3215" and it has a light taper from there on the upper bands so it can be used for breach seating in Schuetzen rifles or loaded in cases for other single shot rifles. The tip is flat but a very small diameter flat -maybe .120" - which is smaller than the diameter of a primer. It is NOT suited for a lever action due to the very small tip even though it has a "flat point" tip (Smile). The overall length of the bullet is about 1.31". The mold comes with handles and about 56 bullets cast using 25 to 1 alloy. I no longer have a Schuetzen rifle in .32-40 so this mold is superfluous to my needs. I will be asking around $80 for it, and this includes about 56 bullets that were cast from commercial 25 to 1 alloy. Price: $100 shipped in the USA [Sorry, no international shipping.] Thank you for looking. Professor Thoreau SASS Life # 2611
