Sold For Sale: Colt New Frontier chambered in .44 Special I have a Colt SAA New Frontier revolver with 7.5 inch barrel chambered in .44 Special up for sale. This one is in very good condition with the original box and manual. The box has seen better days (Smile). The photos show it with aftermarket Altamont grips installed which are included with the purchase. The original smooth walnut grips, numbered to this gun, are included. This revolver was made in 1980 according to the books I have. The serial number is 07722NF. Please review the numerous photos to fully evaluate this revolver’s condition. Sold Thank you for looking For Sale: Ruger Collectors Association New Model Blackhawk Flattop Revolver in .44 Special For sale, I have a rare and lightly used Ruger Collectors Association Commemorative New Model Blackhawk single action revolver chambered in 44 Special. I have seen these labeled as the Ruger RCA 40th Anniversary New Model Blackhawk. However, the frame is not marked with the RCA 40th Anniversary on the top strap. The Ruger Serial Number Lookup indicates that this revolver, with serial number RCA-40023, was shipped in 2015. The barrel measures 10 1/2" in length with a bright, excellent bore. The revolver retains about 98% original blued finish with a faint drag line on the cylinder. It comes with a nice set of aftermarket smooth walnut LS [Lane Schofield] Grips and the original checkered black plastic grips featuring silver Ruger medallions which are in excellent condition. This revolver has an undercut partridge type front blade sight and an adjustable Micro target rear sight. Timing and lockup appear solid. Again, the serial number is RCA-40023.
