The company I worked for received a contract to make braille signage for the public transit department of a large US City. The signs were metal embossed with the route numbers for the busses in the city. When they were going to install them, it was discovered that the copy was wrong on ALL of the signs. Apparently the guys in charge did not know braille and where they got the information was incorrect. The signage did not get installed but can you imagine all those poor folks going who knows where. Be like the guy on the MPA, immortalized by the Kingston Trio.

The STUPID COMMERCIALS on TV get even more stupid, and more numerous.

Maybe they should play the game over.

Well, it gave me the impression that nature will have it's way and the climate change thingy is not as big as some would have you believe. Lots of sunken ships and even a crater from what was an apparent meteor strike similar to the one in Arizona. That was in Lake Ontario. When they opened up the connection to the Atlantic Ocean it brought in some mussels that caused some big problems in Lake Michigan and are still making an impact. There are some pictures of the iron freighter ship wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald. Wow, what an eventy that must have been. They say Superior never gives up it's dead. Lake Erie has a sand dune that is growing even today, thanks to wind and water. Thing is several kilometers long. I know the video is long, but I found it interesting.

Having fished the Dry Falls lake many times, I have been interested in the history of the geology or that region for some time. This morning, while sipping my coffee, I stumbled over an interesting video about the great lakes. it is rather long but very interseting to me. I share it with you.
