  1. Where I have shot previously. If gun is declared broke shooter is assessed a miss for each unfired round?
  2. Unless your goal is to shoot clean at all costs it saves you more time to take the miss than spending time trying to reload a pistol. I have never attempted a pistol reload during a stage. I think you are asking for more problems. Personally I would get your guns checked out. Although Remington primers do give me some issues with my Rugers because I use lightened hammer springs. Try a heavier spring and see if that helps?
  3. Who made the primers? Pistol you are using? Light springs? It is not always the primer could be a gun malfunction? More details would be helpful to provide the best advice.
  4. Thank you for the timeline. Very helpful
  5. Those look really nice. What was the total time from shipping guns to Snake Oil George until you got back in hand? Thanks
  6. My first rifle was a Codymatic in 45 colt. The rifle worked great. He cuts and welds the lever. The short stroke is similar to a gen 3 cowboys and Indians version. Cody was excellent to deal with and is very timely. I sold the rifle when I switched to 38 special. I got close to what I paid for it when I sold it.
  7. My experience with Genix is the same. They are hard to seat and tend to be high in the primer pocket.
  8. I purchased one from T star leather. Highly recommend
  9. I bought primers from Outdoor Limited multiple times and I have also been to there store front business. Great business to deal with.
  10. It’s Jimmy Spurs. Cowboy Gun works. He now lives in Vermont.
  11. I have them on two skbs and they dropped right in. Both were 200e
  12. It is very easy. Unscrew the screw securing the lever and replace it with the new lever and screw. It comes with detailed instructions if needed.
  13. No it doesn’t make it easier your thumb is on the lever immediately so it opens sooner. If you want to open easier I would send to reputable gunsmith such as Fast Eddie or Doc Noper.
  14. I would take them all. I live in Indiana. Please message me how you would like to be paid. Thanks
  15. I review last years stages and shoot those in practice. Helps me get a feel for how there stages are put together.
  16. It is essentially a 200e with an English style stock.
  17. For those of you who had octagon barrels installed on your Ruger Vaqueros what length do you have and how do you like them?
  18. I no longer need the hulls. I was able to get some from another source. Thanks for asking
  19. I would take two bags if still available? Thanks
