  1. I cannot make out any “rear” sights in these pictures. Is there a rear sight? Is it on the barrel? Is it on the recoil shield? Is it on the top of the hammer?
  2. You absolutely were offering those at a bargain price !! First, the last price Meister had was $182.50 for 2 bags of 500 each. Second, Meister is “out of stock/no backorders at this time” I realize most cowboy shooters want light bullets for competition but for anyone want “full house loads” for long range shooting or for hunting, these right here are an absolute steal ! Good luck with your sale !
  3. Are the 3 1/2” pair for Vaqueros (large frame) OR New Vaqueros (small frame) ?
  4. In re-reading your post, I realized you said “ 325 grain OR LARGER…”. As I said, I only have a few 325s but I do have more of some Speer 400 grain Gold Dot soft point. I could be persuaded to part with a few. Sending PM
  5. Good luck on your search. I have just a few jacketed bullets in 325 grain and guard them jealously. If you can shoot lead hard cast instead of jacketed - Montana Bullet Works has 325 grain hardcast, gas check @ $280 per 500 or $60 per 100 and Missouri Bullet Company has their .475 Thumper 340 grain for $59 per 300
  6. That right there is one heck of a bargain. I looked for one of those for quite a while but eventually stumbled on to a Ruger #3 and so now I am complete. If there are any Cowboys looking for one of these he (or she) better not hesitate !
  7. I can’t believe you’re not getting more interest in these two sets. Beautiful Stag and good price. I already have 3 sets in my safe. If I bought these I would have 5 sets, then I’d have to buy 5 more guns to use them. I sure hope someone buys these soon before I do something stupid
  8. Had a similar situation. I made a deal with Prairie Dawg at the end of last week. We exchanged personal info using the PM here on the wire. The next day, I received an e-mail referring to me by my alias here and requesting my zip code “if I was still interested” and signed “Prairie Dawg”. The e-mail header said Intersport Performance. I googled Intersport Performance and it came back to an auto dealership with multiple locations on the east coast when Prairie Dawg had given me his address in the midwest. I contacted Prairie Dawg to keep him informed. Dawg assured me he ONLY handles his deals via PM. I replied to the email with a snarky response, he tried again the next day and I again mocked him. Last I heard from that scammer. Ha ha. Not really sure where/how he got my email, alias, Dawgs name or what the nature of the deal was but apparently these scammers have some darn good hacking skills nowdays.
  9. Looking at those 2 pictures makes my head hurt Is that a lefty or righty ?
  10. I saw that too but then the more I looked at it, the more I thought he meant to say …..”except”…..california. I thought about mentioning in but didn’t think it worth starting an argument.
  11. https://muzzle-loaders.com/products/traditions-blunderbuss-kit-54-caliber-percussion these appear to be in stock I recently bought a .75 caliber brass barrel flintlock blunderbuss from Veteran Arms that I really like but they are “out of stock” right now

  14. I have checked all the suttlers I did business with when I was active in the Cavalry. Most are out of business or don’t have the pin. I believe your best would be to print out that picture from the 11th OVC and take it to an Honest to God blacksmith and have one made
  15. https://www.11thovc.com/product-page/hand-forged-picket-pin out of stock at the moment but very close to what I have the ring will swivel around the head so the rope doesn’t “wind itself up”
  16. Ok…your title says “ .358 - 100 grain “ The box says “ .357 - 140 grain “ If all 5 boxes say .357 / 140 grain , I will take them
