Ingots go into tyvex bags, bags go into boxes, boxes are wrapped in string backed packing tape. You have to cut them open but they travel very well

I smelted a bunch of wheel weights this morning into Redneck Gold ingots. 10 ingots fit in a small flat rate box, guaranteed over 21 pounds of lead. This stuff is clean, fluxed twice, and ready to cast. I cast a bullet and air-cooled and tested it at Saeco 8 hardness, which is a Brinell of 10. Perfect for most applications. I can take PPf&f, venmo, or a check

Clearing out the brass stash, all prices include shipping with tracking. I can combine shipping on multiples to save you some money. I prefer PPF&F, Venmo, or Zelle, but can take a check if you can wait for it to clear.

30-06 Brass: This is all surplus, mostly from the 40s, 50s and 60s. I assume Garand fired because it's not beat up like MGs tend to do.. This is clean - has been tumbled for an hour, but not decapped or sized. I fit 100pcs into a tyvex bag, then cram that into a small flat rate box. Headstamps are mixed: Lake City, WCC, St Louis, Denver, etc Asking $40 shipped per box.

.38spl brass: This is a mix of surplus and commercial, I believe once fired. Here's what I do: I fill a SFRB with brass (approx 300-325 pieces by weight). Then I put that in a tyvex bag and then cram it back into the box. So you're guaranteed 300pcs, but probably getting 20-30 more. This is clean - has been tumbled in pins for an hour, but not decapped or sized. Headstamps are mixed: Lake City, WCC, Remington, Winchester, etc Asking $50 shipped .
10) .38spl 650+ pcs

PURE Soft Lead Ingots! Saeco 0 hardness!
I smelted a bunch of pure lead this morning. The ingots weigh a little over 2 lbs each. 10 ingots in a Small flat rate box, guaranteed over 21 pounds of lead. This stuff is absolutely beautiful. Look at the pictures, you can even see the “crystals” in the lead. This is pure and soft. I cast a bullet and tested it at Saeco 0 hardness, which is a Brinell of 5. Perfect for mixing with your alloy or use straight for muzzleloaders.

Bump for some excellent soft clean lead. This mix would be great for cowboy guns…Get proper obturation! Or mix 50:50 with your COWW for everything else
-
I'm basing the value of the mixture on 2 things: I bought this from a scrapyard who had it tested and stated 98% (it was originally sailboat keel). To be accurate, I aircooled a cast bullet and tested the hardness myself, can came up with a Saeco hardness of just under 5, which is consistent with published values for 98.5% mix.

No idea. Probably a mix of tin and antimony to make it flow better when cast into shapes. That’s been the recipe for about the last 2000 years
