  1. I am interested in seeing more about the ammonia fueled engines. They are supposed to be a replacement for EVs but who knows.
  2. I ended up with two so one needs to go. $75 shipped partially disassembled to fit in a flat-rate box. What you see is what you get. No more, no less. I recommend an aftermarket heating plate to mount it on. It doesn’t come with one. This is sold, pending funds.
  3. Thanks. It keeps me off the streets. https://gunsmagazine.com/?s=Garbers
  4. Please subscribe to GUNS and American Handgunner. My article on the Black Bart commemorative Colt is in the latest issue of AH. I have not seen a copy yet.

  6. I heard through the grapevine that the Athlon magazine group is closing shop. I don't know if that means just the print version or digital as well. I see this on their website:
  7. I told him I didn't deal with scammers. He said he could send me a driver's license to show he was not a scammer! Then he got banned so that means I got the last word in!!!
  8. Same here. gave an email of spencepjason@gmail.com
  9. This is the answer. Some do the same with a file.
  10. He is a regular on the Coltforum. He seems legit there.

  12. Actually deleting listings is more work than someone just marking their listing SOLD. Many of us prefer that the items remain so we know how to price our items. Some don't feel that way.
  13. There's another scammer on GunBroker offering vintage Colt SAAs. Selling guns using old photos off other boards. He claims to accept money orders but once the auction is over he demands Zelle or PayPal. Total scammer. Username: dinoden
  14. Bullets can vary a few grains while casting so either should be close. I would split the difference between the load data for the 185 and the 200 and stay on light side until you’ve made sure there isn’t an issue. And it would best to ask this question in the Wire, not the classifieds from six years ago.
  15. He was here 7 hours ago. Maybe he isn't wise to using the forum. You may want to tag him in the rifle ad to see if he responds.
  16. Way too sketchy. You have no recourse if he is a scammer if you use Zelle. It is a violation of the user agreement to use it for a firearm so it could go bad in many ways. He is hitting up way to many members to be believable. Scammers have been hitting the muzzloading forum as well.
