Hello again, I just have checked a few last shipments to USA from last days and I see that something changed. Polish Post starting raporting End-to-End delivery (they didn't show this info in the past). I think they improved their system info and working closer with US Post now. Below you can see typical reports from our shipments to US (this is what you can see from the link we send you with the order confirmation). It takes 11 days for delivery. Those reports are for different states in US. So as I wrote in previous post you can expect our shipments within 2 weeks. If it not happen then it is most likely stuck somewere in US Post and will come later.

Hello, We would like to thank you very much for all your support and your orders so far. This difficult year 2020 is coming finally to the end. It was great year for our tiny company Polish Cappers. Our revenue growth is solid and we are happy with it. We are sure it will continue growth in next coming years as we have 100% happy Customers so far.

We would like to wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021. Pandemic time is difficult for all of us and it takes time to overcome it. Maybe still one or two years of similar situation ahead but we are strong and will continue our journey.
Now few words of what we consider as sometimes issue but we do not have solution for this. This is delivery time to US. USA is the only country we have unpredictable delivery time. US post service is not clear for us and we cannot explain why our shipments are delivered between 7 days (best cases) and even 3 months (worst case). The good info is that 100% of our shipments are delivered sooner or later but it should be more stable. We received sometimes complains from US Customers that they wait so long and nothing is delivered and suddenly then we received such a mails:
Example from Texas “Just wanted to let you know the capper arrived today! Yahoo! Wow! It’s a real work of art. Merry Christmas and may 2021 be a whole lot better for the entire world.”
This Customer from Texas waited over two months for delivery. It is sad as Polish Post sent it within 2-3 days and it left Poland , then after another 1-2 days it was in US territory and then it’s started to be lottery. You can receive it also in one week as we received such a mails:
Example from Arizona” Hi Agnieszka, Thank you so much for your kind e-mails, photos of the capper with shipping envelope, etc. Do know that I trust you fully. :-)
I received a note that the post man tried to deliver it yesterday. I stopped at the post office today, but they were unable to find it. I could be that the post man has it on his truck. At any rate, if it doesn't arrive today, it should be here tomorrow. I'm surprised at how fast it has arrived here!

Here to Customer from Arizona it was only 7 days for delivery.
We do not have clear knowledge why sometimes it is so quick and in other case it is so long. We need to live with this. The delivery method we decided to use is the cheapest one (registered letter) and still enable us for tracking our shipments world-wide. We have end to end tracking but not in US. US Post do not has signed agreement with Polish Post for such a service and therefore only you as US citizen can track it by contacting your local Post Office and ask them where is the package.
We can use courier option for delivery but it will cost several times more and it is not wise to pay for delivery more than for the capper itself. Therefore we will continue using Polish Post service as registered letters with tracking. We need to accept that the delivery is between 7 – 90 days and you can be lucky or wait more time. The good news is that you will receive it as we sent over few hundreds items to US so far and have 100% delivered.
So to sum it up : You can be 100% sure that after we send it to US it will be delivered to US within 2-4 days and then all depends on your Post service. Over 90% of our shipments to US are delivered within 3 weeks.
Again thank you very much for your trust in our Company, we will go forward with you and will deliver best cappers for you in next years.

Our record was just 7 days for delivery recently to Phoenix AZ :) but sometimes it takes much more time.
