  7. You truly are the poet of TEAM SASS. Much more eloquent than Tennessee Williams.
  8. One of the more entertaining anti-civil rights sites is the "Armed With Reason" page. Chock full of pearl clutching for anything that even resembles a firearm. Some of their intellectual posts are along the lines of saying, "a gun in the home increases the potential for gun violence." No kidding. Apparently if you have to legally defend your family with a firearm, that falls under "gun violence" for these dolts. I'm sure backyard pools increase the potential for "water violence" ie; drownings as well. You get the picture. But being Christmas time the Bloomie Loonies have to take a shot (pun deliciously intended) at the history of toy gun marketing since World War II. Spoiler alert: race is mentioned. 9. Step right up! See if your state is totally exposing you to the risk of gun violence according to the Giffords! Or is your state treating it's citizens' like adults and letting them make their own decisions and respecting their constitutional rights? Here's an article from the kids that got creamed in dodgeball at school. Annual Gun Law Scorecard | Giffords
  10. The JPFO (Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership) has opened an online store with items related to second amendment support. Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership Store – JPFO Store
  11. I have recently updated the TEAM SASS roster. If your state director position is vacant, kindly consider volunteering for that position. In these unprecedented times, the need for Second Amendment information to be shared is critical for gun owners to develop a response. Rarely are second chances offered, and when they are, they come with considerable expense. . Your duties as a state director would be to forward Second Amendment issues to the TEAM SASS Wire. You may add a summary or commentary on your post, to clarify the position. It gives your fellow SASS members information that they may otherwise miss. I am pleased to announce that Rye Miles has stepped up to be the State Director for Ohio. Join me in welcoming Rye as a new director for his Ohio pards. Thank you Rye!
  12. Please join me in welcoming Rye Miles 13621, as our TEAM SASS State Director for Ohio. Rye is second to none when it comes to defending the Second Amendment, and we look forward to his input with great eagerness. Welcome!!!!

  16. Just a reminder that the Polar Express movie is one of the best contemporary films that keeps kids sitting still. We helped a local charity put on a screening at an area grade school. I was the train Conductor and Shortcake was an elf. Kids showed up in pajamas and blankets and made their places on the floor with hot chocolate and cookies. Of course we were pushed back to second place when the Clause family showed up! The parents already asked us back for next year. A long day, but a lot of fun.
  17. IMPORTANT: Yesterday didn’t go well in federal court. Our strategic plan for tomorrow… – Guns Save Life
  18. I have been promising some folks on here to add info to already pinned threads. Apparently there is a glitch somewhere in the cyber world. I have called the SASS office and Ruby is working on it. A little patience and I'll get it done ASAP. Thanks.

  20. We have a good sized Amish community in Polk County. At a Walmart I saw an Amish man asking for turpentine. The clerk went through a shelf full of mineral spirit containers, but the man would not budge. I don't know what his task was, but turpentine was the answer. Thanks for the video. But now after seeing all of the stuff that turpentine can be used to make, I understand why he was so determined to get it.
