  1. Our local show by a club I am a member of, has been doing fairly well. The last few shows have been sold out with a waiting list. The gunshow director has done a very good job of weedind out the flea market stuff. It would be nice if we could get some vendors with more reloading stuff...but evidently there aren't a lot of those doing shows. We aren't the biggest show around...but the vendors seem to be happy and do well. I believe we have about 130 tables...and that is about max capacity of the building we use.

  2. If I went to a shoot and did not recieve a shooters book...it would probably be the last time I shot at that shoot. I too write stage clarifications in the book during the PM walk through. I don't expect one at a monthly match...but at any large shoot I do. Just had to clarify. At monthly matches...any clarifications are usually written on the stage copy

  3. I would think at least a miss...if not a miss and a P. The old rule of shoot where it was would come into play.So a miss for the miss and a P for shooting the same target twice. And the course was not set up properly if a miss on the handgun target hit a rifle target.

  4. Hey Chili...you should be able to google cartridge headstamps to find the manufacturer. There are small primer cases starting to show up in all kinds of traditionally large primer rounds. Supposed to be something about some states ban on lead and some indoor ranges not wanting ammo with lead in the priming compound

  5. Sometimes ..those screws are insanely tight. I have bent and broken screwdriver tips getting them out the first time. And you will booger up some of the screws. VTI gunparts usually has hardened screws in stock. Also...I would suggest an impact driver to get some of them out the first time. Brownells has one...and if you get the kit...it comes with some hardened tips. Videos are your friend for the first few times taking them apart and putting them back together. I don't have any problem doing it now. Just deciding how far I want to take them apart for how deep a cleaning. If you have a shooting buddy that is familiar with taking them apart...that would be a big help too.
