My cousin Glenn did just that. He said he'd been out in the yard shooting his bb gun when his mom called him in for lunch & to watch the Lone Ranger. It seems that the Lone Ranger did not see the bad guys creeping up behind the rock, so he saved the Lone Ranger's life. Mind you, this was back when not everybody had a TV. Uncle Jack was NOT impressed with his marksmanship.

I loved having grandsons #1 and #2 travel & shoot with us. They only shot for a few years, but it was fun while it lasted.

All I know is, the week before Thanksgiving I went to four grocery stores & there wasn't an egg in any of them. I was beginning to think I'd have to ask the family if they wanted deviled eggs OR pecan pie - didn't have enough at home for both.
Duck eggs: MIL lived on a lake where ppl would dump their Easter ducklings. They'd lay eggs on the bank & she'd use them to make cakes. Best cakes ever.

Damn, Stumpy, I could have gone all day without knowing Alice has passed.
