She’s here!!!

 

14 countries & over 69 cities later, we finally welcomed our daughter, Mavin Harley Morris into the world on 2/2/24 in Chicago.

 

We’re pretty sure she’s the 1st baby to be born at the @thebeldenstratford and likely also the first to be born on a pole (@lupitpole - y’all need to market your home poles as vertical birthing assistance apparatuses).

 

We’re hibernating for now & scheming up our next adventures as a family of 3!

I have a nice electric sharpener, but it can be a hassle to set up and all, so the knives never got sharpened.

I thought, I've seen guys on tv using a steel rod for sharpening, and one came with the set of knives, so I tried it.  

After a bit of practice, my knives are braggingly sharp!  

I have a steel rod I will toss in for anyone who makes an offer.
