Chalky Beason and I entered into a transaction which did not go the way the both of had hoped.  Chalky was great in making sure that all went well.  Chalky maintained a communication line with me and made sure everything was done to make the transaction good.  Chalky is a real stand up guy!  I would do business with him again!  Chalky is a great asset to the SASS way of life!  Thanks again Chalky for all you have done for me.
