      Dee,

Eddie is an excellent SKB guy but not sure about BSS.  Joe Brisco (Brisco Kid, Cowboy Shooters Supply... mbrisco@aol.com) shoots BSS and might work on them or at least know good mechanic for them.

Eddie pretty much took over Dirt Merchant's SKB work who had taken over much of Shotgunner's work.  He is Slick McClade's SKB guy, as well as many others.

I did read on the wire the other day about a guy in NMex or AZ doing shotgun work.  Don't remember his name.  Even worked on hammer guns.

  5. CL,

If you are wanting to give powder coated bullets such as Cimarron (my choice) you might want to try 2f Triple 7.  Of course it is good with typical lub bullets also.  Been load working with Cims 105, 125, 135, and 147 38 bullets and T7 and was pleasantly pleased with accuracy, little clean up, and satisfaction in smoke.

    How's my cousin Bill.?

no, I did not make a match that weekend.  I had high school homecoming and Sassy had eye surgery on 4th.  We would have liked to haave gone to state as we both like Fredericksburg.

Maybe he will go to EOT and i can see him there.

  6. WD,

I have two 1050s, Both called Super 1050 and both setup for 38 sp.   I know one is tad different in a few minor things so suspect it ( one I bought from Black Dawge when they closed up shop on manufacturing BP ammo) to be an older model.  I keep the older one setup for BP and the newer one (purchased approx 15 years ago) set-up for smokeless.  I have been debating the bullet feed system but have not jumped into the buy just yet.  I have talked to those who have them and they get good reviews.  I do not think you will be at all disappointed in your investment and what bad can anyone say about Dillon in backing their products.  Also, there are several companies that offer little aftermarket items that even adds more pleasure in the 1050 reloading experience.  You might want to invest in a primer tube loader also (Dillon RF 100).  You can spent about as much time loading up 100 primers as you can knocking out 100 completed rounds on the 1050 (approx 5 minutes).

Big hello to my friends at BBH.
