Are the drones deploying them new, or old leftover tech....??????

I'm with Blackwater; it's a tie between Chill Wills and Slim Pickens. But, Arthur Hunnicutt would be a not too distant 3rd.

Nope. Sorry, Cap'n, but that would make it a Sharps ~ which it obviously ain't.
Now, with THAT said, my first thought was that the "checkering" appears Remington-ish - sorta. And the action does look Mauser-ish... but brings to mind the .300 Win Mag Ruger M-77 that I bought about fifty years ago. Which, by the way, made a most effective ground squirrel gun; 150 gr BTHP coming outta the skinny end at around 3400 fps plumb vaporized them boogers.
Okay. We can change it. Looks like you been there, done that and got the shirt to prove it. So how about Ole Vaporizer ?

Well, I've given my own guns plenty of names. And I hate tio name others' shooting irons, but let's go with "Ole Reliable" for his gun.

Nothing that weighs between 85 and 120 pounds can be called a "Sporting Rifle."
C'mon it's a crew served sporting rifle. Hell, I wouldn't tote the ammunition to the field....

I've tried every variety of Ovaltine that I can find and like I said about, it isn't the same.
Repeat after me "cost savings, cost savings, cost savings". There is no processed food item made today that has the same formula as just 7-8 years ago.

PRC,
Once the Bighorns get here to VA, on the high winds, I'll call you to come take them back.

I've told this here before.........but y'all are old, so you probably forget.
I had a work associate offer me a taste of Dave's Private Insanity. Pulls the bottle out of his desk drawer, puts 2 drops on a tortilla chip and says "give it a try". I raise it to my lips, they immediately go dry, as do my nasal passages......I get a tear in each eye and the hair on my neck stands up. I dropped the chip in the waste can and immediately went to the water cooler. Never saw if the papers in the waste can burst into flames.........

Certainly!! I like and use, in no particular order of preference, Tapatio, Valentina, Boerne Brand Texas Red, Dirty Dick’s Original, Taco Bell Hot, and a couple one time brands that friends have given me as gifts.I also have several home grown peppers from my mom’s and my brother’s gardens.
AND!! I have two of the Dave’s Insanity special blend that came in the little wooden coffin! I opened one and sometimes use a single drop in certain recipes.
Dave's Private Insanity is deadly........

Agreed Joe Perkin's (Classic Single Action) grips are outstanding. As for timing to complete, well..............

Yep. Cargo ship sizes are much larger than when the bridge was built in the 70s. No way it was going to withstand that much weight at 8 knots. I'm sorta surprised the ship stopped at all..........
