  1. My EDC is a S&W MP Body Guard 380 .

True Double action with a hammer .

If the round dont go off you just pull the trigger again.

    Kinda Like a revolver .

Put some Big Dot sights on it and you have a great pocket Carry Gun .

Im so used to it being in my pocket .

I even carry it when I carry one of My 1911's.

So My EDC is MP Bodyguard a Kershaw pocket Knife and a Shurefire pocket light.

  2. I have a Pedersolie Creedmore Rolling Block 45/70 .

Its heavy as all get out .

    Love it.

And Yes the shotgun style is much better then

a pointed heavy recoiling smack in shoulder .

I dont get to shoot is much in Cowboy matches.

But I love to take her to the range and ding some steel at 500 yards with a home rolled 405 gr BP load I make myself .

  3. Most auction sites do have an bidding system. The bidding party places their high bid and the site will automatically raise their bid by the minimum bid until their maximum has been reached or the other bidders drop out. Auction site will usually have this procedure explained in their procedure for bidding . GW

I think there is some misunderstanding about how Gunbroker auctions work. Any bid in the lat 15 minutes adds 15 minutes to the auction. eBay does not do this and thus you have sniping on eBay. If you bid a Gunbrker auction with one minute left it will reset to 15 minutes this will continue with each additional bid. It will also send you an email telling you you have been outbid so you have time to decide if you want to increase your bid or let it go.

Everything is spelled out just like they have said .

I do wish GB did not ad 15min after every bid !

I have got to the point I place my maximum bid on everything.

Let the auto bid bump my bids for me .

And wait for email to tell me if I won or lost the Action.

I dont watch it any more.

But I have got some very very good buys on both Ebay and GB !

  4. There once was a Man named St. Nick .

He was a giving man who's heart was full of joy.

He said every girl and boy deserves a new Toy .

He set out to make the Christmas season full of fun.

    For every child and everyone.

  5. Well, I finally got my Rossi 92. It's got the 24" octagon barrel. It's used but it's in great shape, just as Kid Rich, the Pard I bought it from said it was. Thank you Kid Rich! :-)

It is smooth. He said it was a little slicked up and I might want to replace the springs but I am gonna shoot it a bit before I do anything with it. Gotta send for Nate Kiowa Jones' video. I will also be getting one of those plugs for that safety. Man, what a hokey design that is.

It has a flat top rear sight. The jury is out on that for now. I find that I have to search for it when I bring the rifle up as if I am shooting it. It may be just fine but again, I will shoot it a bit first. I may like it.

I am stoked anout my new rifle.

Thank you all for your advice and input. I do appreciate it.

    Kindest regards,

    Pat Riot

Congratulations on your 92 I Love All Three of mine !

I use FULL Buckhorn sights on mine.

    Kinda like a red dot.

Just keep both eyes open and just put the front dot on what you want to hit :-)

  6. I use Federal Primers. Winchester Is my 2nd choice. I do use CCI magnum shotgun primer though. They tend to burn a tad hotter and leaves dust instead of plastic goop in the barrels. It's odd that CCI primers are harder than Federal primers. Both are owned by the same company.

I use CCI only for my hunting guns .

Never had a failer in 25 years.

But in my 66 I had 4 round that did not fire with light springs .

I put them in my stock Rugers and all 4 went bang.

I love my CCI primers for hunting guns that MUST WORK 100% of the time .

But they allso have stock springs .

As far as Fedrial and CCI being ownd by the same company .

Its dont mean they come down the same line or built in the same plant or have the same hardness .

That would be like saying Chevy and Saturn are the same.

Because they was owned by the same company .

Not the same at all !
