  2. @Abilene Al, SASS #72248Been trying to confirm that you recieved the funds for that stock you sent me. My bank shows that the check cleared. Mine confirming that you in fact deposited it? Thanks

  5. Abilene, just waiting for shipping costs and money is on its way. Need this to equip youngest daughter for a April 3rd shoot. Thanks
  6. Send me the go fund me. lets try to let him keep his smoke poles
  7. length of hog leg that can fit in holsters?
  8. Why are you selling the burstfire - was thinking of buying one.
  9. I have 200 rounds Star Line 2.080 .38.55 brass, new, unfired sealed in original Starline 50 round bags - $35.00 each with 5 dollars shipping Buy all 200 rounds for $140, and I'll cover shipping. I have 50 rounds .38-55 2.080 Winchester new, unfired in original packaging, opened it to confirm length. $15.00 with 5 dollars shipping Will trade 1 for 1 for Starline .38-55 2.125 length brass in new or clean deprimed fired condition - each of us cover the shipping for our leg of the deal. 2.080 and 2.125 works fine in my Marlin Cowboy, but the wife has a custom rolling block that likes the longer brass and want to standardize. Thanks for looking
  10. @The Original Lumpy Gritz, My current load is a 115 pill (.313 from https://cowboybullets.com/32-cal-115-grain_p_11.html ) over 4.6gr of Unique with a CCI 400 SRP.. And my .32 WCF cases will hold a double charge. You can see tht its double loaded, but the case still holds it all. That why I'm looking at higher load densities. I want it to spill out of the case.
  11. @The Original Lumpy Gritz what I have on hand is Unique, WST, WSF, BLC-2, 5744and powders for .30 cals (.308, 300 Savage, .30-06) nothing other than the 5744 which will give me a high loading density in the .32WCF. the 5744 I currently have on had is reserved for the .38.55, which is the wife's big bore target powder and the youngest daughter's deer round. I'm planning ahead and accounting for the search time. The next week end their is the Tri State Collectors Gun Show in Lima Oh, which is usually powder rich and the weekend after that is the next Ohio Gun Collectors Show, which typically has some powder. I expect I'll find some pound containers of some of the alternatives on my list. Then after some test lots, if we get good results, I'll search out 4# and 8# kegs to have some inventory. And then of course is the daughter gets serious about Cowboy Shooting, with the wife also shooting .32WCF, I'll easily need to plan for on the order of 10K rounds a season.... (2 shoots a month x 5 months X 2 shooters + practice round
  12. @Warden Callaway, really appreciate the suggestions. I am an accomplished black powder enthusiast have shoot BP in SASS in .45 Colt, .44-WF and .45-70, as well as in .44 Navies and .45 Walkers. But BP is not on the menu for the little girl. In .32WCF even with grease cookies and Bore Butter tends to fowl-up after about 50 rounds out of the pistols. Also BP is more static sensitive than most smokeless. I want to teach the daughter reloading using our Dillion 550s first. Then if she wants to shoot BP, I'll teacher how to do BP for .32WCF using one of our single stage presses.
  13. Try Winchester Bob @ https://winchesterbob.com/ Just bought a firing pin retractor, firing pin and mainspring for a 73 in 32WCF from him If you need to line the barrel see Robert Hoytt at 717-642-6696 out of Fairfield PA. Got the daughter's new/old 73 in when he was doing another '73 in 32-20 and had a 2 week turn around. Quality work. Don't expect that unless he has another .32WCF in the queue.
  14. To the Esteemed Collection of the Wise and Erudite, I am looking for recommendations for a high density load for my .32 WCF that yields low pressure, velocities in the 900fps range out of my wife and daughter's Pasta SAA clones with 4 3/4 barrels for Cowboy Action Shooting. My current load is a 115 pill (.313 from https://cowboybullets.com/32-cal-115-grain_p_11.html ) over 4.6gr of Unique with a CCI 400 SRP. My goal is to teach my youngest daughter to reload the .32WCF and I want a powder that makes a double charge observable by eye. And of course I want limited leading on non-GC boolits and small velocity SDs and meters well in a Dillion Percussion powder measure:). 15. Thanks for the advice @Ethan Cord, @Abilene, SASS # 27489, @H. K. Uriah, SASS #74619, @Ol Number4. Will try a couple of different cast bullet profiles and then "cerrosafeing" the chambers - if the .311 115s don't give acceptable accuracy. Will be range testing the .311s this weekend.
  16. So I have 2 EAA SAA clones, 2 Uberti SAA clones, 1 Colt Police Positive and 1 Ruger Buckeye. 115gr, .313 cast bullets, cartridge sized to recommended OAL and length and, crimped at the crimp groove will not chamber in my SAA clones. 115gr, 311s chamber just fine. the 115grs I'm having issues with are old Stateline Bullet that I purchased in the 2000s. Been so long since I short factory ammo out of the SAA clones, I am not sure if I ever had problems with those. Using a mix of Starline, Winchester and Remington brass. All brass is w/i tolerance for length. They do chamber in my Police Positive and my Ruger. They chamber just fined in the Winchester 73s and my Marlin .32-20s. I believe that the chambers in the clones are short. These are for the wife and daughter's competition guys, so I have zero tolerance for error. The questions: Anybody else having chambering issues. Has anybody already sized their Italian cylinders? Thanks Ustas B Slim, husband of Ivana Goodtime, daughter has yet to settle on an alias.
  17. what the trigger like. I passed on a couple of vintage PPKs as auction the other day, One was a S&W label one that just had too much writing on the slide and the other was a Nazi market war bring back. The both had excellent triggers. The current production make OOB S&W feel crisp.
