  7. Howdy. I tie my bandana like a necktie. I think it's called a four-in-hand knot. It works like a slip-knot, it unties fast and if it comes loose, it can tighten back up by pulling a corner. The bandana is large: 32" x 32" or 36" x 36" and made from silk or I usually get the bandanas from J. Hornaday Dry Goods made from the wicking material. Using the necktie knot keeps the bandana in a loop so you just slide it over your head to put it on and take it off. I hope this helps, Mo
  8. Hi Bowtie747, I use 38 Special in my pistols and .357 in my 1873 rifle. It is the exact same load in both, just a different case size. I practice with 2 Ruger .22 Single Sixes and a Henry .22 all winter. It is more economical. All the best, Mo
  9. Howdy Johnny Rails and Ripley Rose, I want to thank you folks for coming and congratulations on your wins! You folks are the dynamic duo! 10. Indoor CAS at Niles, Ohio! Thursday March 28, 2024 Howdy! I want to thank everyone for coming out to Niles, Ohio for the Thursday Work Shirker Open Class CAS match with the Lake Park Raiders at the Western Reserve Fish and Game Protective Association also affectionally known far and wide as the Niles Indoor Shootin’ Shack. Pennsylvania’s own Johnny Rails was the big match winner with a fast-winning score of 118.07. Congratulations, Johnny Rails! Runners up were Lefty Leadshot coming in second and Lawless Lorin finishing strong in third place! Lawless Lorin and Hagen almost had a clean match, but Duelin’ Diehl was the only contestant who finished the match clean. Finishing clean is no easy feat for these indoor competitions especially due to our special shotgun shells that defy all laws of physics and ballistics! Top Lady Shootist honors went to Ripley Rose! She is getting’ pretty dern impressive with lead-slinging these days! Congratulations to all our winners and contestants! Our next match will be on Saturday April 13, 2024. Come out to the Niles Shootin’ Shack and see what you can do, a good time is sure to be had by all! We hope to see you there. We wish you all a Happy and Safe Easter Holiday! 15. Hi HC, People take photographs at the beginning of the match and send them to me, but I don't know how to post them. I have no idea how to post phone photos to even an email. I hope to learn some day. I had to get a new laptop just recently and I'm trying to get that figured out. I'm not a computer guy. I used to have a blog years ago but had to quit when it got too complicated for me. We need a young person to handle all the computer chores and I don't have one. Mo
  16. Thanks for those kind words, Johnny Rails! Congratulations on your Saturday win! We hope to see you folks next time! Mo
  17. There're a couple jokes in here but I ain't gonna touch'em! See you next time! Mo
  18. Indoor CAS at Niles. Ohio! Saturday March 9, 2024 Howdy, Friends! I want to thank everybody that came out to Niles, Ohio to shoot indoors with the Lake Park Riders. A real good time was had by all! Saturday's match was won by Pennsylvania’s own Johnny Rails with a final score of 122.21. That’s really fast for the Niles Shootin’ Shack! Congratulations, Johnny Rails! We had many fast shooters on Saturday – must be we’re getting pretty good! Second place was won by Lenny James and Goose finished strong in third place. Heartless Hannah was our Top Lady Shooter and the clean shooters were Hagen and Slow Mo Dern. Rootin’ Tootin’ Dan was the fastest with the price gun, in my opinion. The price gun is used to slap a white square sticker patch on the target bullet holes and Gunfighter Dan is fast as greased lightning! Congratulations to all our winners and contestants! Congratulations to Henry Short and Mrs. Henry Short on the new addition to their family. They have a new baby boy! Congratulations, folks! Congratulations to Rootin’ Tootin’ Dan and Mrs. Dan on the new addition to their family; they have a new baby goat!
