  1. When I was an apartment dweller I always knocked on doors of people in the building I was interested in living and would ask point blank about roaches. There is a smell that I can pickup if a building is really infested. If I get a whiff of that scent I am gone in any regard.
  2. Kinda shocked there aren’t a bunch of responses to this thread. The prices may be a little high, but they beat the prices from the start of COVID up to now. This is a good sign on two fronts. This must mean military surplus stocks are getting back to normal and other companies might be releasing sought after powders and products as well. I am hoping Hodgdon releases some Universal soon. I really like that powder for most of my pistol loads. There are others I can use but Universal is quite versatile.
  3. Some of us don’t like other people’s noise or drama coming through our walls, ceilings and floors…and see my post above.
  4. I thought you were kidding Hardpan, but it’s true. I’ll bet if you check the label you’ll probably get less coffee for the same price as before and… 1. When drank some people will get pounding headaches like the woman in the upstairs apartment is walking in her heels all night long. 2. Some will find the coffee gets cold quickly as there will be an issue with the water heater in the coffee maker. 3. Some will find strange cars parked in their driveway or favorite parking spot. 4. The power in some folks’ homes will flicker the lights occasionally and they’ll have to reset all their clocks often. I despise apartment living. I think Maxwell House is being run by a bunch of retards. Yes, I am using the word that sends bitter lesbians and virtue signaling fat chicks into a frenzy. It’s late. I gotta go to bed because I know that… Image from: https://www.reddit.com/r/CommercialsIHate/comments/pvy0ib/if_folgers_is_the_best_part_of_waking_up_im_going/
  5. “Turn in day” That’s the day my full name will be in the news. First, middle and last. PS: Does anyone find they have to refresh the page before you can post? Or is the site actively being watched & monitored by the dress wearing Feds that like to emulate their long lost leader?
  6. Thank you @Cypress Sun Now that I know that I can get these powders again I won’t be so shy with using what I’ve got.
  7. Something I forgot to add to my smart-alec post above. The U.S. Navy has advertised speeds of various ships that do not reflect reality. In some cases the actual speeds are much higher the advertised speeds, depending on the craft. I am pretty sure it’s the same with the Russians. Even updated ship speeds after ships are decommissioned aren’t reality.
  8. Well, if you’re ever lonely try the searches for these poisons and ask specific questions like; “How to make (poison concoction) and how long does it take to kill?” Along with questions regarding “best way to dispose of bodies” and such. Your law enforcement visitors might normally appreciate cool or hot drinks and snacks, but don’t be offended when they don’t accept your kind offer.
  9. Portland cement contains lime so it makes sense that oyster shells would make a good “concrete”. Interesting article. Thanks Joe.
  10. Well, I guess they’re screwed then…the crew, I mean. I have no sympathy for Russia, but if Russia won’t allow help for their sub crew it just reinforces my and so many other’s opinions of Russia’s scumbag gov’t.
  11. I would love to say so much, but alas, I cannot. So, I will just say good night. “Good Night”
  12. Not sure why this happens. The copy and paste article is wider than the screen on my iPhone. Weird.
  13. Here’s an interesting article. That sub carries Kalibr nuclear capable cruise missiles. What baffles me is they do not have anyone aboard trained in the type of repairs needed to stop the leak of fuel into the hold and they don’t have the parts to repair it. https://metro.co.uk/2025/09/27/russian-submarine-risk-explosion-european-waters-fuel-leak-24277167/ A bit of sensationalism. I find it interesting that the sub has supposedly been operating with a tug for several weeks. Me thinks this problem didn’t just pop up. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/russian-nuclear-submarine-surfaces-near-35986816 Another article sans sensationalism. https://m.economictimes.com/news/international/us/russian-attack-submarine-suffered-serious-malfunction-at-risk-of-explosion-in-mediterranean/articleshow/124187717.cms
  14. I will never know.
  15. All subs are “nuclear” to idiots in the media. Now, maybe there are nuclear weapons aboard a diesel electric sub… …I doubt the Russian Navy would admit that and I am actually surprised we even know about this. I smell CIA.
