I have found it most beneficial to have and maintain the attitude that if it does not affect me, why in the hell should I care?. It really works. It helps me maintain focus on what really matters. Give it a try. It may help.

You have some very valid and good points there. I have worked in some pretty crappy work environments and treating people like minions and keeping them penned in doesn’t get you anywhere when the chips are down and results are needed. Now, a change of pace… I don’t think anyone here so far has worked in a truly “Woke” environment. I have and it sucks. I will not go any further with this as I like my blood pressure right where it is. I am retired. I don’t need to discuss dumbassery.
