  1. This one’s easy. If it was 7 albums I would include Queen’s first two albums. Here are albums 3 through 7.

    Queen:

    Sheer Heart Attack — 8 November 1974

    A Night at the Opera — 21 November 1975

    A Day at the Races — 10 December 1976

News of the World — 28 October 1977

    Jazz — 10 November 1978

The ones I find annoying are the ones that do not have a website. They just advertise on Facebook.

I used to find that annoying as well. I just won’t do business with them if Facebook is all they use. Simple.

I’ve never had a problem getting store hours on the stores websites. If it’s a small business with no website than I Google them and usfind the phone number. I can’t remember when I had to do that in the last 10 years or so.

Same here. Rarely do I have a problem…finding business hours, I mean.

  3. My first album was Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Their very first release in 1970. I was 9 years old.
My very first 45s were given to me by my grandmother along with a Close and Play record player I got for Christmas 1966, I believe. I loved Chubby Checker and Fats Domino. I had about a dozen singles by them.

Had to edit due to Otto. If this comment annoys you, TOUGH! :P

  4. Which songs would they be?

On Apple Music I have created playlists of songs that I like from 60’s Rock to modern Hard Rock & Metal.
I found it very interesting that some music from the 70’s brings up very bad memories and some very good memories. I have a hard time listening to general 70’s or Classic Rock playlists or radio stations. Using Apple Music I was able to create playlists of music from my past that brings back good memories.

I have always thought of music like the sense of smell. Certain odors or aromas can bring back memories and experiences in the blink of an eye as does music, in some cases.

A while back my wife and I were having dinner at a restaurant that served very good Italian food. The restaurant was playing 70’s rock at a low volume, which was fine with me until a series of songs played that brought back some really bad memories. All of a sudden the food wasn’t as tasty and apparently my demeanor changed because my wife and our waitress both asked me if something was wrong. I played it off as nothing serious. But that couple of songs completely changed my mood and my senses.
Music can have a power over us like nothing else sometimes.

  5. Timely makes a tuned trigger / hammer “drop in” assembly. Fits 336, 1894 & 1894 rifles and carbines. It’s $200.

Supposed trigger pull 3# with this mod

I am posting this as info.

    No, I don’t live under a rock.
No i don’t want a recommendation on a cowboy gunsmith.

No, I don’t know if it’s SASS legal, hence the PSA tag with the title. ;)

Wild West Guns makes a trigger mod as well.

    So does Ranger Point Precision

Timney includes the hammer, trigger and mainspring components. WWG & RPP only include trigger components.

  6. If I am the driver I want the lone passenger in the front passenger seat if I know them. I could never be a taxi or uber driver. I do not like people behind me and if I don’t know them they can ride elsewhere…Uber and taxis are available.
I am not real crazy about someone driving me anywhere. I am a very reluctant passenger. I’d rent my own car.

  7. Nifty system. I am wondering if dirt and grease may affect it, time QR type rail?

Then again the bearings, pulleys (if anny) and wheels are probably sealed bearings and there probably isn’t a counter weight system with cables and pulleys.

  8. I’m sure it might seem like a good idea at the time of need, but one must weigh the after effects. Like; lawsuits, stalking & retaliation, loss of money, loss of home, relocation, etc.

Of course those same things could happen after a fatal shooting, but it does remove the main player that caused you to kill.

This dead guy got out of his car in traffic and went up to the killer’s car in a fit of road rage. The killer shot him, was he in fear of his life? Sorry but the dead guy instigated this situation. So his sister wants to play on the jury’s heartstrings! This is a total bunch of crap!🙄

    Thank you, Rye.

    I wondered about that.

It reminds me of the weepy boo-hoo-hooing I used to see in SoCal over dead gangstas by the family of the human scum.

One guy was going to get a rifle and a pistol that shared the same cartridge, along with a holster for the pistol and some ammunition, and a 12 gauge shotgun and some 12 gauge ammo.

    This ^^^^^ for $1200?
    New - No!

Used - probably IF he dropped the shotgun. No if he doesn’t.

If I had $1200 to use for a new gun related something I think I might get me 2 Sig P365 pistols.

  11. Well, I think this is utter and total bull sh** and should never be allowed. Especially since the dead man’s sister created it. How would the judge and jury know that his sister’s thoughts are that man’s thoughts.
In my family, I know my sister’s would definitely not be able to speak for me in a situation like this.
“Forgiveness?  Forgiveness my a**! Fry the bast***!” Those would be my feelings on the matter.

But it's also a very old Christian tradition.  Adults who are received into the Church often take new names to signify that they are new people, reborn through baptism.  Monastics are given a new name.  Some who become deacons or priests will change their name.

People change their names in the Muslim religion as well.

Growing up my name changed occasionally, but sometimes it was several times a day. I knew a name change was occurring when it was preceded by an adjective modifier, like; “you little (blank)” or “you conniving little (blank)”.

The names didn’t stick though. They were mostly temporary. They were often followed by a form of hazing.
