Jeb, can you post a pic of the side with the engraving? Any chips in the blade?

There's one pard ahead of you; I'm waiting to hear back from him; will keep you posted.

Hi all,
Have an extra case (10 boxes/250 shells) of the Winchester AA 12g feather weights that I don't have a use for.
$100 for all; local pick up only, in Las Vegas, NV.

Hi all!
Found this in the gun leather bin; a basically new looking Hunter 1100 Holster, right hand for a Blackhawk or Vaquero with a 7 1/2 inch barrel. This is a nice thick but supple piece of leather, unlike current offerings by Hunter. I don't think my guy ever used it! He had an additional snap put on professionally to accommodate various grips.
$56 shipped priority mail with tracking, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member! -
Hi all!
Found another box with a bunch of Mountain man type stuff in it. I think the ball seaters are for 58 cal, maybe 54 (definitely not 50!) (Wood ball one does have a brass eater on the ball as well). Compass is marked UST. How about $40 shipped for all? USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member. -
Sorry Mike, someone just beat you out!

Hi all!
Found a bag of 25 steel percussion nipples marked M 6 x .75 Italian Revolver in the black powder gear box. I believe most were brand new take offs from when my guy owned Pietta percussion revolvers; he'd replace factory ones with Tresos. $20 shipped, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member.

Hi all,
Bought this awhile ago but decided to go a different way so it's up for sale now. Never taken out of the house; had shells in it one time. This is for 44/45 caliber revolver shells. Fits up to a 2 1/2 inch wide belt and holds 25 rounds. $35 shipped, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member.

Hi all!
Got these with a purchase but don't need them. Fit Ruger Vaqueros and Blackhawks with the XR3-RED grip frame. I've looked them over closely and they look like water buffalo horn, but there are no maker's marks on them. No chips or cracks, comes with a screw. As I can't say for sure that they are horn, am pricing them accordingly: $55--NOW $45 shipped, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member.

Hi all,
Found these in the ammo bin and don't have a use for them so thought I'd post them and see if someone else can use them! All new in original boxes; two boxes of Winchester Defender 45 colt and one box of Winchester Silvertip 45 colt. Each box holds 20 rounds.
$60 plus $20 shipping for all, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member! Will go to your door where legal; please know your state's rules!

FYI: The first pic shows some sort of design with Indians on horseback chasing buffalo with a lasso on the blade (Yep, European made!).

I'm interested; please let me know if the above deal falls through!

Use a strip of leather for tying down; will give a bit if the spur catches on something. Loop around the shank and then around the heel and to the opposite button; cut a slot in the strip to fit over the button and also to thread the loop. Or just go from one button under the heel to the other button; again make slots in the strip to accommodate the buttons.

44-40 and 38-40; everything else is a very distant second in a rifle. Those Winchester designers and engineers of the 1860s and 70's had the right idea when they came up with the bottle neck 44-40 cartridge for the '73 Winchester.
As for brass today, I would try to go with Winchester brass in 44-40; a bit thinner and seals a little better than Starline. Avoid CBC and R-P; trust me!
No need to anneal with 44-40 or 38-40; they'll work just fine and keep the receiver very clean. After shooting them, dump them in a bucket of dish soap and water to deactivate any left over fouling/powder, rinse, air dry and tumble with your favorite polish, then reload.
Now with revolvers, it's a bit different in that you can use 45 colt and 44 special/44 mag with black powder. I wouldn't bother annealing either, just realize clean up on the recoil shield and in the pawl/hand slot and hammer area is going to take a little longer than if you used a 44-40 revolver!
I would also try to find real black powder as opposed to subs and use lubes and cleaners on the firearms made for BP, like Ballistol and Bore Butter.

Hi all,
I picked up this German made Large Bowie knife a little while ago off the 'bay' and cleaned it up; took off some corrosion spots, reprofiled the tip (had a roll in it), gave the chrome finish more of a brushed look and had a beautiful dark brown leather sheath made for it (which WILL fit over a cartridge belt!). Has a 10 inch blade, wonderful hand filling stag grips with brass guard and butt cap. It's not pristine, but has lots of life still left in it!
After all that, I decided it didn't really fit with my SASS outfit, so it's up for sale at way below my cost as I really want to see someone get some use out of it!
$145 shipped, USPS MO or personal check ok if SASS member!

You might be better served with Botas; they protected the lower leg while riding in the Southwest, are period correct and are much cooler than either type of chap. Check out Kevin Costner's character in "Silverado"; he's wearing a set.

I have a black laminate set never used with Ruger medallions (think I bought them from Ruger). $49 shipped priority mail with tracking.
Also have a brown wood set, original Ruger with medallions for same price. (yes, the medallion on the one grip is tilted!) No cracks, that is just the grain showing).

Howdy!
Just got these in trade and don't use stag on my Vaqueros, so they are up for sale!
TWO PAIRS of Ajax Stag grips, #31, for original Ruger Vaqueros and Blackhawks sporting the XR3-RED grip frame. Both pairs look to be in fine condition; no chips or cracks, not soaked with oil or cleaners and come with screws. They have a nice bright color and sheen to them.
The set with the bark near the neck is slightly thicker than the other set but both have a nice feel in the hand!
$425 shipped and insured for BOTH sets, USPS MO please!

Went to an outdoor range a few days ago and plinked with a pair of single actions in 44-40 burning up a pile of BP rounds! Most fun I've had at the range in months!
