That is not appear to be engraved.
It actually looks like it was engraved into the mold, so it was cast into the bullet.

My car insurance, the last 4 years. Just the last two digits.
20 - 25
21 - 36
21 - 40
22 - 41
22 - 44
23 - 48
23 - 56
Now I have not filed a claim since 1993. I have not had a ticket since 1987. But as you can see every 6 months my insurance has gone up.
So I get a notice for my next 6 months policy - April 2024, and they are just so excited.
YOUR PREMIUM HAS BEEN REDUCED!!!!!!
It's come back down to 48. A year ago it was 48, 6 months ago it went up to 56, and now it's gone back down to 48.
Woooowwwwwww.
I guess it's better than going up to 62. But if they really wanted to reduce it they could have dropped it back down to the 25 it was 4 years ago.

I was looking for another copy of Holiday Affair, because mine seems to have grown legs. I found one, but it was $15 which was way more than I wanted to spend on it. But then I find a four pack of "Christmas favorites" for $11.
One was Holiday Affair. That's already a better price even if the rest of them are crap.
One was It Happened on Fifth Avenue. Great Christmas movie. Sounds like a winner.
The third one is Blossoms in the Dust. This is a biopic of a woman who ends up starting a home for foundling children, and manages to get the word "illegitimate" removed from Texas birth certificates. The movie starts off with her sister is about to get married, until the prospective mother-in-law finds out that the sister is adopted and is illegitimate and puts the kibosh on the marriage and the sister committed suicide. This is a Christmas favorite?
And lastly we have All Mine to Give. This concerns a Scottish couple in an upper Midwest logging town, and they have six kids, and both parents die. Diphtheria for one and typhoid for the other. So the townsfolk are going to jump right in and separate the children and take a kid, and the oldest boy convinces the town to let him have one last Christmas together. He decides which people would make better parents for his brothers and sisters, and on Christmas night he takes his siblings to these various houses, figuring they would not refuse the child on Christmas. And after he has givin away his five brothers and sisters, he goes off to the logging camp. Also a biopic. Based on a true story.
And again I'm thinking, this is a Christmas favorite??

Do a Google lens search! There is one called Pat Riot II as well
.
That one says Pat Riot II.
The II is smaller than the rest of the name.
If that one is number two, then obviously our Pat is the original.

Some politician, or possibly she was a judge. She was being interviewed and she was asked if so and so was a man or a woman. She replied that she was not a biologist, so she could not make that decision.
So Roy Orbison wrote the song about a pretty woman - not a pretty he-or-she, or a pretty they-them - 60 years ago and he wasn't a biologist.
I'm assuming that that is the reference being made.
Added. She was a supreme court nominee. 2 minutes and 40 seconds into this clip the senator asked her to define woman and she said she could not because she was not a biologist.

You ever lift a large fry pan alpo? Heavier than most pistols
Are you referring to my upper body strength comment?
When you lift that large frying pan, do you lift it up to eye level and hold it?

You answer the phone and some woman says, "Please hold for somebody that's too damn important to dial his own telephone so he has his secretary do it for him". Would you hold?
How about responding to an unknown number? You get home and your answering machine is blinking, and the message says, "Please call 1-800-123-4567 for an important message.
Would you call the 800 number?
My answer to both is no. If I'm not important enough for you to pick up the phone and call me yourself, you're not important enough for me to talk to. And if you want to leave me a message you need to say something like, "This is Publishers Clearing House. You have won the grand prize. Please call 1-800-123-4567 for information about how to receive it". Don't just leave a phone number, because I damn sure ain't going to call it.
"Please hold'. Maybe for the president. Not this president, and certainly not the illegal alien that lived in my White House for 8 years, but a real president.

The theme song to The magnificent seven is also the Marlboro cigarette commercial music.

I've never really understood how using an unsupported arm as a rest helps.
It's not unsupported. If you're doing it correctly, your left hand is in your right elbow. So your right arm is helping to support your left arm. It's not as steady as a bench, but it is steadier than just sticking your right hand out there.
But you really need to think about what gun you're going to use. You don't want to revolver, because of the gap flash. You don't want something with a heavy recoil because you don't want to get hit in the face. You don't want to automatic because you don't want the slide hitting you in the nose.
Your best bet for that position would be something like a mild recoiling single shot. A Contender in 22 magnum. Something like that.

Many years ago I saw this movie on TV. Black and white movie. World War II. The Nazis had occupied this town, and at least four of them had local girlfriends. Then the Germans left. The townspeople took out their hatred of the Germans on the girlfriends. They shaved their heads and then ran them out of town.
Later the four women join a partisan group. They tell the partisans that the Germans had raped them and shaved their heads.
They were very good about killing Germans. Apparently they did not think they were to blame for what had happened to them. And they did not blame the townspeople. They blamed their German boyfriends.
I think this shot is from that movie, although many people online say that it is from The Guns of Navarone (the four women wore scarves over their heads to hide their stubble).
So I have a two-part question here. Question one is can anybody tell me the name of that movie? Does it sound at all familiar?
And question two is, is that still actually from Navarone?
