Back when powder was in short supply and I could not get Clays. I found lots of Red Dot and converted my CSC shotgun loads to it. I use 9 gr and 1 oz shot. It has proved to take all shotgun targets at EOT, WSinter Range and all other matched I attend. my grandson 13 years old also shoots this load with no problems.
