Maybe we can add BB guns.
Maybe after the next ammo shortage. Just don't shoot your eye out!
I could use my old Daisy lever gun but the targets will have to be closer. Would take some practice to hit the steel, being I'd have to aim above the target at rifle distances.

I'll take the 9mm dies.

PM sent, Mossberg shows different part numbers for different gauge size. Is this for 12 gauge?

These are very good. Living in the country, there are occasionally mice. It is possible to have an entire live mouse trapped inside one of these, so if it has been tripped with no body parts visible, inspect before opening.
Bucket of water will finish the job.

I'll take it. Will PM to work out payment.

I used to shoot with a Cowboy that made a big deal out of shooting .45’s. He always asked those of us shooting .38’s if we were shooting our wives guns? We knew his loads were very light and found out for sure when he shot a match with a 50 yard rifle bonus, his bullet hit the ground about 10 yards shy of the target! Needless to say he heard about that for a long time!

We shoot indoors in the coldest winter months in PA. Shooting cardboard targets, at one club using heavy triple thick cardboard, I have picked up some 45 slugs that didn't penetrate the target, even found one slug stuck in the cardboard. I gave them back to the shooter at the unloading table, though he may be able use them in his reloads.

FYI, your lever should be closed with hammer down on empty chamber to start the stage. Photo shown has the lever open, chamber condition unknown.

I guess I need to go check this out some. I have never seen nor heard of it before and I have been using my 650 for about 4 years now. I am not ever sure where it would go on the press.

This part replaces the part that moves the indexing ring. Hit Factor kit has a bearing for the shell plate and camming pin for case feeder.

I just put this and the Hit Factor kit on one of my 650's. They do help smooth out the machine. I recommend the upgrades. Primer seating depth adjustment seemed to be off for me. I sanded the cap screw down some to seat the primer more.

I do however, suggest you take the leap and opt for the whole kit and add the roller index bearing. HUGE improvement. Don't bother with a bandaid. Oh, I also like their ejector.
Did you add the Index Bearing Cam Block for Dillon (XL650) also? I was looking at both upgrades.
Thank you

I want to swap the triggers on my Stoeger. Have looked around but, of the threads I find, all of the links are dead. Anyone have a good link? I'd like to review the threads before getting started.
Thanks
I posted a link where I shared the articles via my Google account years ago, but no longer have sharing on the file. Past SASS Chronicles where the instructions are shown can be found here: https://sassnet.com/resources/cowboy-chronicle

The time has come, setup is tomorrow and the show starts Saturday at 9:00 AM.
We have 37 members that signed up to help staff the show booth, however there are still three evening shifts without any help for Misty. Wed. 8th, Thurs. 9th & Sat. 11th, if you are planning on attending the show on any of these dates and could lend a hand, even for an hour or two, it would be most helpful. Dress the part in “Cowboy” clothes, stop by and help Misty for a while.
SASS booth has been changed and we are now located at Booth #350, midway down the hall from the NRA booth.

Over the past few years we have been hoping that SASS would be an exhibitor at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg. We almost had a booth in 2014, but timing was not on our side. Dates for the Shot Show and NRA convention didn’t provide enough time to ship the booth for use at all three shows. This year SASS has made that commitment, there will be a Cowboy Action Shooting booth at the show. Their space will be located in the Shooting Sports Hall, booth #880. The Great American Outdoor Show scheduled to be held February 4-12, 2017 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Misty Moonshine is flying in to run the booth, she needs help staffing the booth and help inform attendees of what SASS cowboy action shooting is and how the game is played. It is a long show, 9 days long. We have set time slots, two per day. If you are planning to attend the show perhaps you could help staff the booth part of the day. Currently there are seven slots where Misty is without any help.
With this show bring in about 200,000 attendees, it would provide needed exposure to the sport we all enjoy. I am hopeful that this will help generate some interest in the show and inspire others to volunteer to staff the booth. It is a great opportunity to recruit new shooters. In order to get information out to helpers Misty has posted January 5th as the deadline for signup.
You could contact Misty directly at: misty@sassnet.com or call the office at 505-843-1320.
To sign up please follow this link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040f4da4ae2ca02-thegreat1
On the sign up page, select the time you can help, check the “Sign Up” box and click on “Submit and Sign Up” at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to another page to fill in your name and email. The qty box is where you can indicate the number of helpers, if you are signing up another helper at the same time. You could use your real name or alias. I would suggest putting your alias in the comments field if you sign up with your real name. Misty is pulling information off this sign up page so she can provide show information directly to each volunteer .

Hi Misty,
I signed up for myself and the Red Eyed Kid. I did it on the the sign up sheet. Not sure if I need to sign him up on his own.
thanks,
Dice
Dice, Your sign up is fine as is, you listed how many helpers and who will be there. Misty can see the signup live anytime before the show or at the show to view the helpers listed.
Thank you,
JSS
Misty,
can't figure out that sign up thing.
Dice and I are down for the 10-2 shift on 2/7/17
Put both of us down for the 2-7 shift also; we'll do all day.
Red-Eyed Kid
Red-Eyed Kid, I signed both you and Lenny Dice up for the 2-7 shift. The only email I have is one for Lenny Dice, he should receive a notification on this signup. Please let me know if anything changes and I can modify the schedule.
