  1. This is why not making calls at local monthly matches cause shooters to develop BAD habits.. And then they say “I have done it since I started and it’s never been called?” I’ve mentioned many a time, at month matches, as shooters leave the loading table to start.. “Muzzles up!!” Just sayin’..
  2. The timer going off..😳
  3. Double triggered Stoeger Coach gun Supreme..
  4. Majority of spotters called 1 miss.. done.. next shooter..
  5. Was just looking today.. I’ve gotta big jug of TrailBoss with a price tag of $100 on it.. Also have some small bottles of it.. and another big jug that I’m using out of.. Also have about 4 bottles of Winchester AA lite for shotgun reloading Bought them all years ago when it was available..
  6. just post in’ so I don’t forget..
  7. still just playin folks.. bare with me..
  8. still just tryin’ to figure it out.. l’ve got some new 38 special Starline brass to get rid of..
  9. might have it figured out.. can you put multiple pictures in you post and add the text later?
  10. still don’t know exactly what sequence I end up doing to get a picture..
  11. I got one posted.. don’t really know how..
  12. I’m using an IPAD.. it’s got a camera on it that I can take pictures with.. will this work? I don’t see a paper clip at the bottom of my post or your post??
  13. I ain’t real smart on computer stuff.. But I would like to post some things on SASS Classifieds and I don’t have the slightest idea on how to do it.. I’m working with an IPad.. How do I take them? Where do I store them? How do I get them into a post? please keep it easy and simple with the directions you give me cuz yer dealin’ with a simple brain here.. Thanks Rance
  14. ya got this.. Widder quoted a great (cheapest) repair for ya.. Just sayin’
  15. I also reload with Trail Boss.. I load 3.0 for pistols with 125 grain TC.. and 3.6 grains for rifle with 125 grain TC
  16. Ok.. I don’t know how to do pictures I have one of the custom bone handle screw knifes that probably everyone has.. I sharpened the blade and left the slot screw tip.. it’s attached to the skirt on my right holster down out of the way.. Then I have a small scalloped bone handle knife hanging from the back of my holster belt ( sharpened) to hang my loading strap on after I’m done at the loading table.. I have had them both over 15 years.. can’t remember using either one yet.. but hey I’m old.. just sayin’
  17. The cartridge belt.. (I am assuming shotgun belt) as per SASS rules.. “Must fit the contour of the body..” Hence.. I have a stomach sticking out.. so a curved contour would work for me.. Someone that’s skinny and a flat stomach wearing one would be a false fit.. and tip the belt out and would be an advantage for grabbing shells.. and could be declared illegal if someone wanted to push it.. Money belt?? I don’t think I would ever need one during a match.. What little money I have is stuffed in my pockets
  18. Is this the way it came brand new?? or have you had the stock off?
  19. Read and reread what Widder said.. or wrote That’s a lot of good advice right there.. Just sayin
  20. Back in 2003 when I bought boots for cowboy shooting I had my mind already set.. I knew I’d be wearing them for a whole day.. I bought round toed western style boots with a cowboy heel and spur ridge.. I tried every pair on at the boot store with thick insoles installed in them.. I increased the size in length and width until they were comfortable.. I bought a pair and asked them to throw in the insoles.. they did.. Still wearin’ them.. just sayin’..
  21. Ya got room to just drill a small hole and use a washer and cotter key?? Just sayin.. or a snap ring if there’s a groove all the way around the axle..
  22. Yep.. I agree with the folks that are saying.. 4 GUN.. ya just never know.
  23. I noticed the shell has steel instead of brass on the primer end of it.. Sometimes the steel expands more than brass and makes them more difficult to shuck out of a SxS shotgun after firing.. Just sumthin’ to watch for if yer using a SxS..
  24. I shot a ‘66 yellowboy for years.. it had a 3rd. Generation short stroke in it.. It ran beautiful.. and I turned in some great times.. (I was younger then) I went to a ‘73 with the super short stroke.. My times didn’t get any better.. A ‘73 gunsmith can work fine on a ‘66… Practically the same gun.. I ain’t a gunsmith.. but hope this helps..
