  1. Johnny, if you don't mind sharing I'd love to have the info on how to properly fit a long gun. I see ladies all the time struggling with guns that are too long for them.

    Thanks

    Randy

  2. I saw the post about not disabling your safety, I originally made mine a manual safety where I could still use it. At the Tennessee State Championship on a stage where you had to shoot 4 and move to another location to shoot the  final 2, I accidentally engaged the safety and it took me several seconds to realize what I'd done. About 3 months later we shot the same stage and I did the same thing again, since I only use this shotgun to shoot CAS matches the safety is now dissabled. It takes my brain to long to kick in and realize what I'd done so I preferred to make sure it couldn't happen again. My 2 most used '73 rifles also have the safety notch (half cock) ground off so there is no chance of accidentally leaving it at halfcock at the loading table.

    Enjoy

  3. Al, if they are for a Bisley and someone hasn't spoken for them I'll take the 2 pair for $60 shipped

    Thanks

  4. If you load with a MEC a 27 powder bushing with Clays and 1oz. 7.5 shot works well
